Researcher and Developer

Do you enjoy working on challenging research and development projects and bringing new ideas from the initial concept phase to a functional prototype – or to a production-ready software solution?

Your Responsibilities

Implementation of prototypes and development of robust software modules
Analysis of complex problems and selection of suitable methods & algorithms
Validation, documentation, and presentation of your results
Participation in national and international research projects
Actively contributing new ideas, technologies, and solutions to ongoing projects
Co-design of software architectures and technical concepts
Literature research and monitoring of technological trends for the further development of our research areas

Your Profile

Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a similar field
Several years of professional experience in research
Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and an interest in modern software development
Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of complex technical challenges
Curiosity, a passion for innovation, and the ability to independently drive new research ideas
Independent, structured, solution-oriented way of working with team spirit
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
