Research Assistant (f/m/d)
Organization and administration in interdisciplinary research
You support our interdisciplinary research teams with the professional organization, coordination, and visibility of research projects – from proposal submission to results dissemination.
Your Mission
- Support in coordinating national and international research projects (e.g., FFG, FWF, EU, State of Upper Austria)
- Assistance with the organization of funding applications as well as project reports and reporting
- Support for project management in monitoring, project controlling, and planning
- Organization of meetings, workshops, and project appointments, including their preparation and follow-up
- Preparation of research results for various target groups
- Coordination of events, scientific submissions, and internal knowledge formats
- General administrative and organizational support for research management
Your Profile
- Completed education (apprenticeship, Matura or similar) – university degree nice to have, but not a must
- Initial experience in an administrative, organizational, or project-related environment is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office; project management tools are an advantage
- Very good organizational skills and a passion for structure and overview
- Team spirit, willingness to learn, and a good sense of priorities
- Curious about research, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Proficient in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

- Minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement: €3,063.00 gross for 38.5 h with
initial professional experience - Depending on your individual experience,
there is, of course,
