In this key role, you will shape the AI future of RISC Software GmbH. You will combine research, technology, and practice—making Artificial Intelligence strategic, responsible, and effective.

Your Mission

Monitoring, evaluating, and transferring current AI trends into the organization, research, and projects
Content management, implementation, and further development of the RISC AI Academy (internal & external)
Shaping RISC’s external positioning through presentations, keynotes, and networking activities
Supporting sales, project acquisition, and customer communication in the AI environment, taking technological requirements into account
Conceptualization and further development of research and customer projects, including effort estimations
Contributing to the strategic development of products, frameworks, and research proposals
Responsibility for the design, organization, and implementation of internal AI training
Ensuring regulatory requirements (especially the EU AI Act) and establishing sustainable AI governance

Your Profile

Completed degree in computer science, data science, AI, mathematics, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Excellent understanding of current AI technologies and regulatory frameworks
Passion for knowledge transfer, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovation
Interest in scientific AI trends (Hybrid & Agentic AI)
Experience in contributing to strategic concepts and their operational implementation is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Proficient in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

Minimum salary according to the 2025 IT Collective Agreement: €4,485.00 gross for 38.5 hours (will be adjusted to the 2026 IT Collective Agreement upon conclusion)
